About Us
Healing path recuperative care
At Healing Path, we’re a community-based organization—not a large conglomerate—led by social workers, MDs, and housing specialists who have personally experienced the challenges of housing instability and understand the importance of culturally sensitive care. Our lived experiences empower us to support patients as they transition from hospital to home. We are proud members of the National Healthcare Council for the Homeless. Our Mission is simple. Provide evidence-based best practices and quality supportive care so each person can heal safely and thrive with dignity.

Service Offered
Trauma-Informed, Healing-Centered Approach
We recognize that recovery does not happen in isolation—trauma, systemic inequities, and social factors impact healing. Staff are trained in trauma-responsive care, ensuring a safe, validating, and empowering environment where individuals can heal at their own pace.
Housing as Healthcare
Unlike traditional recuperative care, we integrate Housing Stabilization Services into our recovery model, ensuring that discharge does not lead to homelessness but to permanent, supportive housing. Culturally & Linguistically Inclusive Care
Culturally & Linguistically Inclusive Care
