These standards guide our mission to provide a safe, dignified, and structured environment where individuals can heal, access essential services, and transition toward stable housing. Our team follows evidence-based care models to bridge the gap between hospital discharge and long-term wellness, fostering comprehensive recovery for our community.

In Minneapolis, multiple organizations work to provide life-saving services for individuals experiencing homelessness. These services include street outreach, housing navigation, interim housing, emergency shelters, rapid rehousing, intensive case management, landlord engagement, and permanent supportive housing solutions. Additionally, Hennepin County plays a key role in addressing homelessness by offering healthcare access, employment support, and mental health resources to those in need.

Our facility also serves as an access point for Hennepin County’s Coordinated Entry System (CES), which allows service providers to assist unhoused individuals in Minneapolis with navigating essential resources and securing stable housing solutions.
